If you want some design inspiration and a quick overview what is hip out there. Go to Stockholm! This town is a buzz of thousands of wonderful interior stores. This week in particular because it was time for the annual date with Scandinavian design at the Stockholm Furniture Fair. I’m gonna share with you a couple of items and trends that especially cought my eye.
Gärsnäs stays true to itself a hundred year old Swedish furniture company with classic lines.
I liked the detail of carrying this table around, let’s have coffee on the terrasse!
No, it wasn’t very comfy but a fun chair though by a designer from Belgium Michael Bihain
A fun installation, if you don’t wake up in this bed………………
A trend for sure is the come back of these wooden folded lamps. Do you remember those from your childhood home? I do!
I especially liked this one!
Like dancing skirts!
Blå Station a great furniture company always ahead in their design. The chair “Dent”has something disturbing about it. The eye doesn’t really know what to think! And that’s perhaps the point you can’t pass by it untouched!
Hmm is anyone else encountering problems with the images on
this blog loading? I’m trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it’s the blog.
Any feed-back would be greatly appreciated.
Hi there I am so grateful I found your web site, I really found you by error, while I was searching
on Yahoo for something else, Regardless I am here
now and would just like to say cheers for a marvelous post and a
all round thrilling blog (I also love the theme/design), I don’t have time to read through it all at the moment but I have bookmarked it and also included your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read much more, Please do keep up the great job.
I blog quite often and I truly thank you for your
content. This great article has truly peaked my interest.
I am going to take a note of your website and keep checking
for new details about once per week. I opted in for your Feed as well.
Hey would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working with?
I’m going to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a tough time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution
and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and
I’m looking for something completely unique.
P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
If you’re searching for any small tables try to find some nest of tables, I purchased an acrylic set from my local ikea and
thought they were super useful
I am just split in between buying a larger
coffee table and having a couple of little side tables for lamps and so
on. Any thoughts? Something like this – Rene?
