There is one color combination that is my favourite right now and that is GREY & YELLOW how well doesn’t these colors complement each other! Yellow can be overpowering but gets toned down with the grey which absorbs the brightness and keeps the yellow from overtaking the room.
Yellow brings happiness and is a stimulating and optimistic color. I love how they screened of the room with the sliding wooden door in yellow of course!
Grey is an elegant and formal color without being overly conservative. It brings you calm and a feel of understated confidence. Not to forget the grey and yellow in this room but check out the wall display how cool isn’t that!
What a perfect partner in crime! The yellow makes the grey look deep and the grey makes the yellow pop.
A very easy way to add yellow to you grey is just to paint a MDF board in yellow!
Or if you eaven more artistic paint a cool flower. Here the yellow is brought in in a very subtle way, the border of the rug, the frame in the mirror and the line in the cushion. Very linear!
